The Art of Conversation: We will teach you a set of sub-skills that will help you to show interest, maintain a conversation and be polite.

E-mail Surgery: We will examine your E-mails and ensure they are appropriately formal, teaching you how to ask polite questions, make polite offers and requests.

Let’s role-play! We will practise a series of role-plays which simulate your daily English interactions with guests and business partners.

Pronunciation Workshop: It’s not only what you say, but how you say it!

We will improve your accent by practising intonation, sentence stress and rhythm using innovative teaching techniques.
